For more details I would have liked to speak to someone personally, so I asked if anyone was from Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia. It's hard for me to summarize everything... Unfortunately my English isn't that good either. Does gaslighting mean anything to you? I doubt my own sanity and don't know if I'm imagining things or if it really happened like that...

For example, I think that my WhatsApp chat between me and my partner was manipulated by my partner and others. Is there a way to check something like that? That's only a small fraction of the whole thing. Nobody believes me because I'm portrayed as untrustworthy. I've put my foot in every possible faux pas and behaved exactly as my ex-partner and his people wanted me to. I blindly trusted, feeling like I no longer had an identity, but how can you prove all that?

If you believe someone has access to your WhatsApp account, change your password and store it in a place that only you know (maybe a piece of paper in your wallet). You can change your security features, but if you are facing mental health issues, I would take care in storing information somewhere safe so you do not lose it.

If you believe that you are apart of conspiracy of gangstalking or that there is a large, unknown, hidden group of people looking to manipulate your reality so to exile or make you an antihero, please seek professional help in the form of psychiatry or counseling immediately, as you are exhibiting signs of issues and nobody here is qualified to diagnosed you over the internet.

Chances are, my friend, if nobody believes you, it is probably for a reason!

Unfortunately my partner had access to all my data, passwords, SIM card, multicard and SIM because we lived together but he always pretended to be stupid and said he couldn't remember anything and so on, when in fact it was exactly the opposite, as I said I trusted blindly and now I feel like I've woken up

If they are bothering you, remove them from your life. I have no contact with my ex-partners. Live a new life. Change your passwords. It would be clear if they are trying to connect with you, but focus on your mental health and happiness. If concrete evidence of them bothering you shows up, report it, get no contact orders. Most apps have device history, so you can see if others are using your account(s). Besides that, the best thing you can do is move on!
