Time management

in one of my previous threads I mentioned leaving enough time to do things can help you stay calm so here is some time management tips 💖

If you have anything you need to do DO IT SOONER RATHER THEN LATER leaving things to later could then get in the way of a new thing coming up and causing stress.

Going off the one above allow some time encase something comes up and then you dont have to stress atleast an hour to two hours also fit in all your most urgent task first so then maybe you could replace the new thing that came up with one of your less urgent tasks if it requires more time!

If a task is short just do it and boom its out the way less worrying set a amount of time like "I will do all tasks under 5 minutes immediately" could help you.

decide the order in importance time it will take and how achievable this task actually is.

Make sure you refuse any task which wastes time from a non relevant person.

Having breaks between tasks actually does help reduce stress a lot and helps you stay relaxed before the next task.

Also having some kind of calendar or plan for your day can be perfect for time management!

Thank you for reading if you have any more tips put them down below! love you all 🥰

Time management is definitely important. I don’t really keep track using any apps but I am mindful while I code.

I only ever here people go "eating healthy" and "exercise" and "having money" when I ask what is important for a good life nobody ever mentions how good time management can make your life so much better

While those things mentioned do indeed improve quality of life... You can certainly get more done in the day with time management.
