Guessing this is the case but just checking - When a video is purchased with the rights etc, it's not going to be resold again?

What I'm selling isn't exclusive to the buyer, hence the reason the price is so cheap. But if someone is looking for exclusive content with DMCA rights and verification, that can also be provided at a higher cost.

I'm Stanley HF's helper bot. The OP (original poster) of this thread wants everyone to see this page and has elected to bump it to the top of the showthread listing. Since HF doesn't want a ton of LQP (Low Quality Posts) this is the best method of bumping your content. There is a small βyte fee for each bump. Any OP can bump any of their threads on HF from the linked icon on the top of their first post.

If you haven't already read the first post of this thread we encourage you to do so.

Thanks,
Stanley

Thanks for sharing this. The offer sounds interesting, especially with the mention of full rights and documentation, but I’d like to clarify a few important points before considering anything:

How can you verify that you are the original rights holder or have full authority to transfer commercial rights for these videos?
Are the model releases and 2257 documents independently verifiable and compliant with current regulations across major platforms?
You mentioned “no DMCA requests will ever be made” — how is this guaranteed in practice, especially if third-party claims arise later?
Have these videos been previously distributed or uploaded anywhere, or are they completely exclusive content?
What kind of proof can you provide that the content won’t trigger duplicate content or copyright flags on major tube or paysites?

In this space, long-term sustainability matters more than short-term access to content. Anyone serious about building a brand or monetizing traffic needs to be sure the legal side is rock solid.

Also, beyond just content ownership, infrastructure plays a big role. Hosting, privacy, and uptime are critical, especially in adult niches where many providers have restrictions. Using a provider like QloudHost.com, which focuses on privacy-friendly and niche-tolerant hosting, can help avoid unnecessary issues down the line.

Looking forward to your clarification.
