Windows 11 High CPU use - Microsoft office click to run

Microsoft office click to run 5x5 is causing huge CPU spikes on all the new Desktops.

Just resent, I brought a few all in one desks for my team members, and with all basic windows 11 installed we faced a lot of issues with CPU spikes, although we solved it anyhow and everything was working great until today that all the Win 11 new desktop are force updating, even though disabled and this microsoft office click to run 5x5 is being using 40% of the CPU.

All of the system have 10 core 12 threads with i7 and should not cause any issues as they are just a week old.

Searched for answers over microsoft forum and found that if we simply Turn-OFF the metered connection and restart computer will solve this issue. Now the problem is we use our GBIT uplink and we can't force it down to 100Mbps for this issue.

Does anyone good with WIN 11 and never face this same issue?

Any help will be appreciated, really pissed, With this high end machines I never thought just with chrome and basic system applications, would be facing this issue.

I also haven't enabled any Office subscription which comes free with each of the machines, so that area are also out of top.
Maybe its possible to disable this process under services so it doesn't run anymore. Or through a change in the registry. I would try searching this on something like Reddit.

I have the same issue but for windows 10. MS office that click to run manages the cloud services. There's no way to disable it.
I tried looking or ho to disable it and most says that it needs to run in the background because it also checks if you have a legal copy
of ms office. It eats up alot of cpu.

I been looking for a year I couldn't find anything. I am sure there has to be a way to temp disable. I was told online from others that it needs to run to check your ms office if it is a legit copy. and is how it loads cloud fuctions in the program.

If you do find a way to disable it. It's going to be a pain because you will need this to load any ms office app.
It's stupid.

that is why if you can just use libre or open office. The only reason I need to use ms office is if I have to go back to college.
Or if I work because accounting is my professional and I have to use ms office excel.

You can use task manager to disable it?
