I'm new to this forum, I have been looking for a way to get back my account.
I bought an account from someone, the password changed (I did nothing) they didn't give me the password for the email so I can't recover it, now I need to get the email and its really important to me.
Where can I find someone that can do this for me? also is this even possible?
I found a website on TOR being advertised on Torch the website seemed sketchy they said they guarantee Outlook email cracking in 6 hours for $260, is that too much?
I checked haveibeenpwnd and it said "Good news — no pwnage found!"

I wouldn't trust the dark web for that, I wouldn't trust anyone to be honest, you have no guarantee and most of them are scams.

The best you can do is to contact Outlook helpdesk, if you can provide proof that you're the owner of the email address you could get it back. Otherwise if the email is still used you could try phishing however there are no guarantee. Besides if the person enabled 2FA it will be more tricky.

Things such as bruteforce don't work anymore, there are security protections against that.

So you bought an account and got scammed? And you're surprised by this? And attached to the account? Don't get scammed a second time. Anyone who guarantees a hacking service in a certain timeframe is lying. I'll bet that there's no way to verify that the 'hacker' does deliver.
