Oh, it's automatic you don't need to active something. However eggs can last only few days, after that they disappear you can't keep them forever.

If you put it in Hackuman Game it also disappear from your profile

It used to be, but not anymore.

Check out the lottery page, that's where they used to be held. Now we can only hold Bytes lotteries.

You can't anymore.

The eggs are for Hackuman and that's it. You either incubate (transfer) them into the game which costs bytes or you leave them be and they'll expire off your profile after a week. There used to be a lottery where you could sell them, but it got disabled for good reason and was also ub3r upgraded members only. Given that, even if it was still around, you'd be unable to utilize it.
