Hey guys, I've finally started to embark on this unique and fun journey to create a million dollar business in public. I've made my ton of cash with crypto which didn't sustain, had my time.
I also have a medium size ecommerce business which my team handles. I have been sleeping for a while now, but now I've stopped all my side hustles to grow this one with my full mental capacity.
In this journey which I have already started on 30th july (a week ago). I will be be documenting all the details in public, following the #BuildInPublic Model and posting updates on my newsletter: Ultrapreneurs.xyz
I will also be recording myself, editing the videos on youtube, instagram and other mediums as we proceed to the goal of $1M in different phases.
ULTRAPRENEURS
Ultrapreneurs is the Build in Public Newsletter where I build the $1M project. I will be documenting everything, the problems, wins and the weird things that happen in the enterpreneurial journey.
This is however not just only a newsletter too, I plan to make this a community of solopreneurs, hyper efficient entrepreneurs who have accomplished success in their own terms.
Having run my two businesses previously I have learnt that I want to do something that is creative and I don't work like an ass to scale it. That's what we look for here.
The vision here is that It will help me network with accomplished solopreneurs and efficient entrepreneurs who have an edge.
That is, they found a way to build a big or successful business( in their own definition ) without working like an ass. Distilling the best practices and methods they deployed. In videos, blogs, and podcasts.

Types of Content I will be posting:
Detailed breakdowns of strategies that worked (or didn't)
Interviews with successful newsletter creators or AI entrepreneurs
Tutorials on tools and techniques I’m using in business
In longer term, we will have our own and also track portfolios of projects and also distill how it's done, similar to starter story, indie hackers and others.
This will be a community of smart builders or unique ultrapreneurs that will foster a discussion forum helping each other, giving business amongst the community, having ‘how I built this’ education and so on.
THE AI PROJECT
The plan is to create an AI empire, where I start our own distribution but later on expanding to agency, courses and products. The newsletter will be tested in the first phase and the concept will keep evolving from where.
Milestone 1:
The plan is to create the $1M project in phases. The first phase is to create an AI niche newsletter but not just any newsletter. It's going to be AI repository of AI Marketing Automations tools where I will also launch 1-2 of my own SaaS business.
The repository will be dividing the AI tools into 3 main content pillars:
Social Media Automation
Content Generation
Outreach
The Milestone 1 goal is to hit $5000 revenue each month in 262 that is Apr 18, 2025. which is roughly 10,000subs. My niche is b2b so it's difficult to grow but not so much.
I will build distribution for B2B with the help of newsletter and video content.
I will be reviewing and adding these into the database and have a search engine to find these. I will also try to have an RAG based AI to parse and give problem wise solutions to each.
The branding will include making the top LLMs into characters giving each of them a voice, story and identity.
Next milestones I plan to incorporate more SaaS of my mine and also an AI aggregator type SaaS like Poe/Merlin.ai which rich features.
Ultrapreneurs <> AI Project
Ultrapreneurs and AI newsletter have a natural synergy. Weekly reports about building AI newsletter can serve as valuable content for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those interested in AI and newsletter businesses.
The Ultrapreneurs content is naturally aligned with the AI newsletter niche, targeting entrepreneurs and professionals interested in AI and business growth.
Ultrapreneurs content is serving multiple purposes - it's a learning tool for me and also lot of personal branding, a marketing channel for the AI newsletter, and a valuable resource for my audience.

While the AI niche is highly highly saturated, I'm confident that there is some room for me to grow. Specially with my branding ideas and tech I plan.
