I heard that some prince of somewhere in Arabia used to do big giveaway on the forum. Does anyone know what was the biggest amount he gave away?

Also, is there anyone who has ever done a bigger giveaway than him? (Only talking about forum members, not Omni).

The member you’re referring to often donated large sums of money directly to the forum itself and not typically in contests.

I’m afraid I don’t have the answer for the largest lump sum giveaway on HF, unfortunately. Eager to see if anyone has that information.

If we're including other things of value like upgrades, awards, and bytes, The Gold Standard group that is no longer a thing did a big giveaway event around like $1,250-1,500 in value I believe it was and that Pentatonix funded. The biggest I think i remember, he donated well over 8k in one go to the owner Omniscient. I couldn’t be wrong, but he donated probably well over 20k to the entirety of Hack Forums.

I can't confidently say it would break an all time record. In any sort of recent history though at least, yeah I believe so.
