Worked at Tesla Service center?

I was wondering if anyone has worked at the tesla service center and how it was like to work there, i understood nothing ever gets fixed, only replaced, is this true and how is the pay compared to other garages?
Actually, I'm not surprised about the "nothing gets fixed, only replaced".
Because they're not actual mechanics and Tesla wants to make as much money as possible.

No need to invest in teaching how to "repair" a tesla, but rather replace stuff.

That is the future of products right now. It's best to design product that is modulated so if a part or segment breaks you can just replace it.
The expense in actually doing the repairs are costly due to labor and time it takes to diagnose the issue and fix the problem head on.

Products are getting too complex and it's best and cheaper to just replace things rather than do minor repairs. There's really no point in doing
repairs. The unit that filed could be old enough where you might fix one thing but then somewhere in the same unit another part fails.
It's best to just replace that segment.

Around here pay is only in the mid to high twenties for their techs. Much better opportunities out there
