Follow these steps to find the location of any mobile phone:

Step #1: Boot into Kali Linux in your computer or Virtual box
Open kali linux
Kali Linux is a Debian-based Linux operating system designed for security and pen-testing tools. If you don’t have Kali Linux, download and install Kali Linux OS . Or you can install a virtual machine on your computer with VirtualBox Kali Linux.

Step #2:
Download install TrackUrl From GitHub
TrackUrl is a pen-testing tool made by Z_Hacker. It gives the location of the mobile phone where the link is opened.

Download TrackUrl from GitHub
Either type or copy-paste this code in the terminal to download the files from GitHub

# git clone https://github.com/cryptomarauder/TrackUrl.git
Copy-paste this code in the Kali Terminal to make the folder available to public
Copy-paste the following code to change the directory in the kali terminal

Step #3: Run the TrackUrl tool in Kali Linux

The next step is run the TrackUrl tool; the application starts running. It will generate an URL and redirects to the local folder of your computer. The window ngrok gives you necessary information.
When someone visits this URL, the location and other browser data is pinged back to you.

Step #4: Copy-paste or type the HTTPS URL to terminal
Before you send the URL to the mobile you want to track, you need to open the output stream of the URL. Copy-paste the HTTPS link to display the information the link is gathering.
Display the output stream by copy-pasting the url to the terminal
Press enter you input the URL.
Press enter you type in the HTTPS URL. After you press enter, the terminal will open a new window that displays the output stream.
Track the location in the "tail" terminal window; The “tail” window displays the location but it will be empty since you haven’t sent it to anyone.

This script doesn't actually need Kali Linux. Any Linux OS and probably macOS would do. And I don't think that a kidnap victim will be able to open a link and click on the location permission popup. Anyone hoping for a zero-click method or something more stealthy will be disappointed. Beyond the disclaimer, the other person should already want to send his/her location, making the usefulness kind of ehhh....

I have used this type of method myself previously for testing purposes, and it can be done much more simpler. I used a Github project, did the setup which was very simple, and sent the link to my spare Android. It will pop up "Allow/Block Location Sharing", so this one will work only on people that are not too smart.

PS. The tool I used also captured front camera picture in addition to location, basically the "victims" face :))

yeah I think You are right in now days all people are smart they read that pop on websites allow you location access and then they denied that so we need to find some more other ways.
