1. Download telegram portable (click)
2. Unzip and run Telegram.exe - the tdata folder will appear
3. Close telegram application
4. Delete all files from tdata folder and place there your log files
5. Launch Telegram.exe

well you go to the telegram files and you replace the folder except that of the log
