What was the first Award you've received since becoming a member here at Hack Forums? If I'm correct, my first award was the Quick Love Award - The pink heart. Out of all the Awards on the Goal Page, it seemed like the one that was closest within my grasp.. so was the first one I set my sights on, and sure enough was the first one I managed to obtain. It's been game on ever since. How about yourself.. which was your first award?

It was the I think, if I remember well I sent something like 5000 bytes to another member and he sent me the award. Back in 2019 bytes were sold for something like 4 to 5$ for 1k bytes

My first two I received at the same time were the lucky award and the sapphire of UB3R award.

Bytes used to be $4-5 per 1k? So they're going down in value now. What do you think caused the value to go down on bytes? Maybe competition in bytes market?

Lack of activity after the die-down of COVID-19, less people participating in betting on sportsbook/flipping, and changes made to the forum as to their true economic value over the last year or so. Only to be expected. Mine was the quickly loved award.

I see. So the forum was pretty active during the whole covid-19 thing, and once people could start going back out the house, things started to die down? I guess that is to be expected. Haven't tried my luck with Sportbook or Flipping yet.

Pretty much. A lot of the dedicated few are still here daily and many regulars still come by often. Furthermore the developers are making substantial improvements and changes to the site in hopes to increase engagement and promote new user activity.

EDIT: It's also a matter of Discord kind of wrecking most forums though. This seems like a touchy subject for Omni (and I don't blame him) so I wouldn't go on too much about it XDD

Mine was the ub3r diamond thing for upgrading and then I managed to get the lucky clover, gift and then the slots one which was good.

Ace of Spades was my first and then Bytes bag told myself I was gunna get a few before the diamonds/green heart one and ended up messing it up anyways lol.
