I love receiving advice from friends, family or anyone that's knowledgeable. What's the best advice that you've received?
Mine would have to be to take things slow, enjoy the little things in life and quality over quantity.

My dad used to tell me "cash is king".
In english even if it isn't the language we speak to each other.
It is the best advice to me because I remember it in many situations and his idea with it is that you should keep your cash if you can.
It might be more of a slogan idk... haha
Else it might be something along the lines of "Trust no one".
The advice that I was given from a young age "Hear peoples opinions and create your own don't be blind to those being sheep in lions clothes", "You make your own path and not be someone who you aren't". That has stuck with me for life and live by it since I like to be myself and not someone else this was told to me by my grandpa.

I have a problem where my brain doesn't process cash as real money anymore. If I don't see it in my bank account, it doesn't exist 😥

Don't drop a dime while chasing a nickle.
Be yourself and don't care about what other people think! Focus on your priorities that will lead you to a better life.

Yes I kind of have the same problem since I feel like it is for spending when it is cash 😥

But I also don't usually carry cash, even though I mostly work a cash job 🤣

That’s great advice!
I’d say one of the best pieces I’ve received is to embrace failure as a learning opportunity. It really promotes experimenting, knowing it’s okay to be wrong or fail, and helps you grow overall

Don't care about what others think so much and do your own thing of what you truly want to do.

It's truly difficult to not care about what others think though. But I still do what I want to do though :D

I agree that it is difficult not to care about what others think. It seems as I get older, the less I care about what others think.
Don't be afraid to fail. It's how you learn and grow
