Created a discord server and I decided to offer this 4 services:
Graphic design
Video editing
Content creation
Web development
I hired staff ( individuals who deliver the service )
I posted around 100 threads across different websites about the discord server and services and everyday we post more.
Connecting the clients with the staff for a commission.
The big deal is staying in the game for long enough to land high ticket clients and making a recurring revenue. Gotta enter social media with some viral content and keep going.
