Remote work or office work?

Hybrid is the best of both worlds for me.
Remote days are for deep focus tasks, while office days are for meetings and catching up with colleagues.

Which one do you prefer?
Well I work in a retail environment but if I was working an office job, I cannot work from home. Way too many distractions.

Hybrid too, I can't be at home all day long every day, and every time I finish to work, I'm still sitting at the same place behind my computer

To be honest, when I was working, I used to work from home the days less requested by other people in general, especially to avoid people in the public transport. I remember going to the office like monday and friday, some fridays the public transports were empty it was soooooo good, because people mostly ask for monday and friday.

Working from home is not for everyone.
Sometimes it is hard to stay focused at home.
I wish I could work remotely. Would be great.

I work from home some days and it's nice but can be distracting. It was a major part of my decision to move this year, I had an office at my old house but it was really open, no doors, and there were times I couldn't focus. My office now is on the other side of the house and I have a lock on the door so I can't be disturbed.

I have a friend that works fully remote and he had the same issue so he talked his company into renting him one of those offices in a "coworking space", so he goes there whenever it's too distracting at home.

I think I prefer working from home.

I would have to say remote. Peace and quiet.

Doing remote for 3 years now. Honestly, cant complain. Can enjoy music and decorade my desk how i like. Its almost winter and i dont have to deal with defrosting my car etc.
Remote work all day long so then I have freedom to do other things.
I am currently at 88% for quick loves please help a brother out QL4QL
I totally get that! The hybrid model really does offer a nice balance. I find that working remotely allows for deep focus, especially when I have creative tasks, while being in the office helps with collaboration and social interaction. Personally, I think a mix of both is the most effective for productivity.

I love working from home, I can focus and get shit done.

However, I do like the social aspect of office work - So I guess hybrid it is.
I definitely prefer hybrid as well; this way I'm able to get other tasks done at home, while still being connected with colleagues when I'm in the office.
I prefer working from home, but right now I have the option to go into the office whenever I want which is nice

I work from home and wouldn't have it any other way. I enjoy being able to work at my desk, on the couch, out on the deck enjoying some beautiful weather, at a local coffee shop with the best Earl Grey Latte you ever had, or even in the car while traveling or in a hotel on a "work-cation".

I can move anywhere I want without having to find a new job too which is a crazy plus.

Yeah, flexibility is definitely a pretty large factor in remote work and working from home. You can always adjust your schedule to fit in other things that you need to get done, and it allows for a lot more flexibility than being in the office.
