I would definitely consider buying an electric car sometime in the future, but as of right now, I would have to pass. I know they're great for the environment and all, but they still have some significant downsides to them, and they're just not worth it right now.

Yeah, once they increase in quality, I might think about buying one as well. The high upfront initial cost and the necessity to have to always recharge the car every so often is a bit of an issue for me, but this may very well change in the future.

I feel like electric cars are only good for close range communing to work or grocery shopping, with most electric cars averaging 300+ miles per charge, that should be enough to go shopping, going to work, and going home in one day, but thats all it's good for, using it for long range trips, or cross country I think it is a terrible vehicle.
