I would say, the same as a pigeon as a minimum speed.

I think being able to control the speed would be good as I would like to follow alongside a plane to freak a few people out who see me from the window lol.

Yeah, that's true. After a while, you could literally just rewind your entire life and do something completely different that takes you on a completely new path. That would be pretty cool.

I was thinking that when you go back in time, you would be able to choose what age you would end up as. Technically, if you had the ability to control time, you could speed up and slow down time without affecting yourself, so it should remain unchanged. As for knowledge, hopefully you get to keep it. But who really knows?
