This is a common question…

I say the egg came first, but it wasn’t from a chicken. It was from a dinosaur that’s offspring had evolved which created the chicken species as a part of evolution.

As general the eggs came first , but if u mean egg hatched to chick or hen laid first then the hen sure laid first
