there are many programs to find holes now i have tried many different programs but they do not have the same results. so please give me some advice?

There's no best vulnerability scanning tool. It all depends on its use cases such as web app testing, networks, clouds, or containers. Additionally some manual testing is required in the event automated tools may have missed certain vulnerabilities.

Don't rely on one tool. Use various web scanners to gather as much info as you can.

You get what you pay for though.... As others have said, don't rely on just one item, don't overlap items though.
