AsyncRAT doesn't connect to my other pc

Hello, i was not ever able to make AsyncRAT work remotely on my other pc. I tried using Quasar, i port forwarded it and it worked on my other pc. Then i wanted to use AsyncRAT and connect to my other pc but i was unable to port forward it and there is no information in internet i can search for. Any help is appreciated.
Port forwarding shouldn't be any different between different RATs, its the same process as far as I'm concerned. Try a different port?

Alternatively, don't run it off your home net regardless, Port forwarding VPN for basic use or get a domain and run the RAT from a Vps and point the VPS IP to the domain.
I don't know which ports i need to forward

Don't skimp on the details.

Confirm that the PCs are not on the same LAN.
Confirm that you're using the correct public or private IP addresses as appropriate.
Confirm that the connection is allowed through any host firewalls.
Confirm that neither computer is behind a CG-NAT connection (most likely).

And yes, none of this really matters for blackhat hacking because a VPS ought to have a static IP address with or without static NAT.
I'm using portmap.io, i tested Quasar and it worked perfectly but i don't know how to set up portmap to port-forward AsyncRAT, i don't know which ports it uses to work.

Look around settings or maybe at the bottom of the software itself...it will tell you on what port it's listening to it.
Use Google to search for "YOURROUTERMODEL how to portforward" and then follow the guide or video to know how to PF.

I looked up portmap.io. It's a port-forwarding VPN. They'll probably be forced out of existence from abuse reports like the former alternatives.
Now i'm using my router to port-forward because i got banned from portmap.io (i don't really know why)

I tried for 2 hours to port-forward quasar now and it doesn't work. My router has the port-forward option but everytime i try it doesn't work, now quasar doesn't work too. I was trying to port forward the default Quasar port (4782) but still doesn't work. As expected, AsyncRAT doesn't work too.

You're using a malware on a service that was most likely abused a lot by RAT using newbies so they recognize malicious activity like that very quickly. No big surprise there.

Did you follow any guides? Sometimes some routers/modems have a thing that you have to click on ENABLE button/box after typing in the details (your local lan IP + port), so try to see if you might have missed something like that.

Yes, i did follow some guides. Not specifically for AsyncRAT but i tried following these guides. After that i couldn't be able
to port-forward it, i checked all the checkbox but still didn't work. I am also selecting the port 6606 after AsyncRAT starts, before the main window. I don't know which ports i have to enter so i tried with 6606 in "Local Port" and the same in "Inbound Port". But still doesn't work, i don't know if i am doing something wrong or entering the port in the incorrect way. My Router is an Arris router too

My config was "Inbound Port" (6606 to 6606)

And

"Local Port" (6606 to 6606)

I don't know if i did something wrong here. If you can help me thank you.

I am also entering the private IP adress. Should i use the public one?

I meant following a port forwarding guide. Find a guide on how to port forward your router. You can't portforward if you're using public WiFi or WiFi you don't have access to it.

Yes, you need to forward a port number that your RAT is listening to it.
Imagine ports like streets...if you tell your friend(your RAT server) that you will be expecting him at the street A but you end up waiting(listening) at street B then obviously you two won't able to meet and communicate right?

Yes, you need to enter your Public WAN address and not the LAN IP. LAN means LOCAL AREA NETWORK, so the network your Router made. So if you want to install a RAT on someone that is in another country away then obviously your router can't reach him so you need WAN IP instead. But be careful though because most people have dynamic IPs with their ISP so if you for example unplug your modem/router you will most likely get a different IP thus the computer you installed your RAT at won't able to contact you anymore if your WAN IP changes.

Sounds like you might want to lookup basic networking on YouTube or use the AI to help you grasp the basics because you're trying to do something while your computer knowledge is very limited so you trip over at every tiny obstacle and don't know how to proceed.

DUH. Private IP addresses are not routable over the public Internet. Anyone can use them on any local network, so of course a router can't find it. That's Networking 101, which you should know before attempting a hack or server setup. If you use portchecker.co, it should show that the port is open if you use the correct IP address.

When i try to enter the public IP address in the router's port forwarding window, it says: "Invalid IP address. Invalid network address."

And it asks me for the LAN IP so it doesn't let me enter the WAN IP Address.

So what i did is enter my LAN IP into my router's port forwarding, started AsyncRAT and entered my public address with the port that i forwarded with my router (which is 6606 and that's the port i selected in AsyncRAT when started) and when i tested it didn't work

I'm using an Arris TG2482

You enter the IP address of the computer that you want to portforward to in the portforwarding settings. You only enter the public IP address of the router (It will be dynamic, so be aware of that) in the RAT config.

Now this is a good way to get banned from the Internet. Or even from society.

Sorry if i bother you but did that and it is not working, i changed the port, tried with Quasar and Async and none of them worked. It is not connecting even when (i think) i did it correctly.
