And you don't want to sign up yourself on one of those platforms and create an SMTP server (not an easy thing to do, mind you, especially if you want to pass spam filtering)?

I actually can do all that but the issue is, self registered servers do not come with open port (25). Do you have a method to get port 25 opened?

A method to open a port? One sets up an SMTP server and configures any firewalls or network security groups.

Port 25 is blocked by default on Linode and on Digital Ocean. You have to apply to get it opened i assume. I'm not really sure on how it's done. I would like to learn and pay for the service if there's any trick to getting it opened please reach out via DM and I'll pay if you to learn it

Your account have to be aged + previous history of services before they will consider opening those ports, you dont get them with new accounts, minimum 3 months aged with some order and payment history.
