I need a script that will run on my Linux server

The script will have two functions

Function 1:
I can run like
script.py -> Inserts a link to a specific page -> Script scrapes and downloads neccessary data

Function 2:
automation.py -> Runs 24/7 on my server -> refreshes the website like every 5/10 min, and downloads any new data that gets pushed

The site doesn't really use any security or safety features,

Today I am manually right clicking -> Save .mp4, But I thought of automating instead of spending ~20 minutes every day doing it myself
