As I am new to the forum, and try to contribute, it seems certain users take advantage of new members.
So i was browsing and checking the forum and found this thread:
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6285823
Ive reached out to @Goldsound as I have done this on my private projects some time back to automate some work via API.
So we agreed to $50 when the code is completed, did not initiate a Middle Man at the time, as i see the user has good stats and should not be and issue.
We chatted via Telegram, a day or so passed and he replied back to start with the process, so I stared with the development, firstly just updating my old code with his API details and conducted a few tests to ensure that the auth is correct, the product is checked and if so, a cart is created (as you need to push through creating a cart, so you need to create a unique cart each time with the orders). and the item loaded to the cart for processing.
Ive shown the "test" done from my side (Screenshow from feedback from Terminal, might i add his "name" is displayed that he did not share with me that are retrieved from the API, I've sent the code to him to also test. firstly he struggled to install the required libraries, as he would like to run this from a server with no GUI. So...
Note, I have not yet send my crypto address or asked for payment, as to confirm the test from his side as outlined the process, so that last function (processing) can be added, as to if you make a mistake, he will be ending up with a large bill against his CC.
Now.. he struggled to start the code, and then came back accusing me of scamming him 😆 where i clearly have not even requested any payment as he should test and provide feedback on the current code, cause he lacked the knowledge to even start a basic python code. After going back and forth I just said he can do whatever he wants with the code as i am not going to complete it seeing his insults and accusations are baseless, and that his continues "You tried to scam me" nonsense.
So i left this matter, and a day later he started again with "You tried to scam me"... really....😆🤣 and made threats to "expose" me on this forum (dont know what he was trying with this, but ok). So seeing he is giving negative ratings and acting like a 12 year old having a fit when loosing his minecraft battle, i just would like to inform other users on this user.
So if i where to try and scam this person, would i not have send my crypto address and demanded payment prior and never send anything?
I will gladly share the code and chats with an Admin, but this is in no way a dispute as there is no loss (except my time, but thats ok).
Am i wrong to say this user needs a reality check? or am i missing something....
Anyway, thanks @Goldsound for the negative rating mate, if you knew how to run a code and test and provided feedback then the last part would have been added. Still i have not asked for money or sent my addy, so scam... think you tried one there.
