I recently travel to Colombia and in all the wifi spaces (public and private) cant log in to HF. Any idea why?

I believe you can white list your IP, in the settings if your uber/vendor, correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't think there's any option to do that. Checked the settings didn't find anything related to IP whitelist ing.

HF blocks countries where malicious and spam traffic is a problem. The block list is updated on an unannounced basis to block most junk traffic to the site. It's possible that Colombia is blocked for now. VPNs to access HF are fine.

Kinda sounds like China's GFW. In Colombia they might be using category filtering, and HF just ended up in the hacking category.
