As the title says:

Do you go to the barbershop to get your hair cut, or do you have your own trimmers and cut it yourself? I went to the barbershop for the majority of my life, and one Christmas one of my females friend purchased me a nice clippers set. Ever since then I have been cutting it myself, it not only saves money.. but it also saves time.

No more sitting in the barbershop for hours, waiting on someone to do it for me.

I typically just grow out my hair until I get annoyed by it and then just take the bare hair buzzer to my head and call it a day.

My barber and I go way back, was going to him for about 6-7 years and always had a booking so I didn’t need to wait around - I moved and now have to go to a new barber that I can’t book at, so pretty sad.

I go to a barber. If I was just bic'ing my head then sure, I'd do it myself. But I actually keep to a hairstyle, and need a barber to do that for me.

I've always went to the same barber past few years , my haircut is fairly easy and fast to do + they charge me $10 so I don't mind. In and out in a few minutes.

$10? I wish barbers were still charging only $10 for around here. Nowadays barbers are charging $25 for a cut, and they expect to get a tip when everything is said and done.

I have never cut my own hair, it's usually cheap here. I pay $1.2 for haircut and shaving.
