I recently made a purchase for an Oral B iO series 3 electric toothbrush. One of the best purchases for my dental hygiene other than a water flosser. I used to only use traditional tooth brushes, but they are just not the same as an electric toothbrush. I would highly recommend you purchase an electric toothbrush.

Electric is the way to go. I have a Phillips Sonic Care. They vibrate instead of spin. Which according to some dentists is better.

My wife uses an electric one, I don't. I prefer normal tooth brush. I replace it everytime I go on a trip because I always forget to bring one.
