it is dumb for sure. but if he wants to throw $20 away its more fun than gambling. longer too. you bet it away and its gone forever in a couple mins.
you buy a meme coin and get to watch it every day. I dumped $10-20 a piece in hundreds of these 10-50m mkt cap memes. I couldn't tell you how many times I've woken up to a $20 bet grown to $100 or $200. All I do is watch which coins are graduating from pump.fun to raydium and snipe all the AI plays.

its profitable, but you'll have to be smart to get an edge. $20 into a "lazy monke" coin is going to get rugged almost guaranteed.

the going from 80k mkt cap to 5m is much harder to guess/find than one getting from 5m to 50m
