Call the police on him and then have your ISP report it as well. Also have your ISP change your IP

No one is interested in your petty revenge. If you have evidence that someone has committed cybercrime and his/her identity, report it. National Crime Agency UK knows all about UK cyber laws.

i was thinking about the same , i called my provider so he can change my ip address , so there is proof as well of recording phone call , but i don't live in UK tho, i live different country!

Doesn't matter if you live in a different country. Report him or don't. That's what you can do.

Seeking revenge will only put you on the wrong side of this, do what others says. Doesn't matter if you live in the UK or not, HE DOES, so reporting him to the authorities in his country gives them jurisdiction to act.
