Hello everyone, for the last year I’ve been using Stripe as my payment processor. It all worked very well.I was selling digital good, ebooks and also courses for my customers. The checkout was very easy since I had the stripe plugin on my woocommerce website and the conversion was very good, business was growing very well. After 10-11 months of good colaboration with stripe and over 8400 succesful transactions, on 9 december I receive 4 disputes on stripe flagged as fraudulent from the same customer.Of course I gave the money back and closed the disputes, but stripe decided to close my account without any further notifications.
Right now, I am searching for a long term payment processor who I can create a good relationship even if the commisions are higher.I want to have a card gateway and also apple and google pay.Since I read alot about various payment processors, I saw also a good fit, there are some platform which have custom plugin where customers pay by card and you receive crypto (onramp or something).
I am seeking for advice and if anyone had this issue and found a solution I am thankful if could share.

Did you end up losing much from them closing your account? Free money for stripe

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
This happened to my business. We didn't get the account closed, but we had to cover the dispute amount. We were using Stripe connect to offer payment processing to our customers, so they could use Stripe through us, and we had 1 customer rack up some disputes. It's a tough scenario
Most companies have similar policies to Stripe unfortunately.
I have the money blocked by them untill april 2025, no disputes were made after the closure, since customers were satisfied by our products.

You need a payment processor based in small countries. Those banks have horrible refund/chargeback systems. I lost money a few times when my cards were accidently charged from subscriptions but my own banks refused to provide a process to get my money back.
Those might be your best bet.
Do you have any reccomandations for this?

We are both having same problems. Please inform me if you have gotten any solution for this.
Be careful with 'High Risk Payment Processors' .. I've opened merchant accounts at a few companies that advertise themselves at 'High Risk PP' and the outrageous fees, and terms of service that you have to agree with in order to use these Payment Processors, really isn't worth it. Most people will think, as long as the payment processor works.. that's all that matters, and that you'll deal with whatever comes alone with it, as long as the money is flowing... trust me when I tell you that there are more Cons, then there are Pros.
None of the HRPP's that I tried, did I ever stick with. I had a similar experience as you with Stripe, this is normal for Stripe.. you can find countless threads and topics of peoples Stripe Accounts being closed unfairly. Depending on what country you're in, you might consider trying Square.. they're reputable, and have more options then Stripe when it comes to collecting payments.. they just don't support every country. I would advise finding people to partner with.. this has been my solution over the years. They open the Merchant Account in their name/company name, and you give them a fixed percentage on all sales. Choose someone that you know, or have known for some time. I wouldn't advise doing it with just a random person, as that's how problems arise later down the line.
