How can I find links without a search engine?

I am not exactly sure what you are looking for here but the first thing I thought of was SearXNG. It's a federated metasearch engine, you can host your own or use a public instance. Pretty customizable and privacy forward.
I've used it before and like it, I used to host a private instance for my local network. https://github.com/searxng/searxng https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SearXNG |
