Sell website templates on themeforest or templatemonster.

Maybe some wordpress security plugins that auto-updates & monitors vulnerabilities or something? Can sell on CodeCanyon if you wanted.

Also niche web apps like using php/mysql for backend and then react.js for frontend.

Something like invoice generators for freelancers (I've seen lots of people who need help with this and really just legal process help in general for getting paid as a freelancer)

Maybe ai-powered resume builders or subscription-based analytics dashboards for websites / social media pages?

Anything social media related would sell like hotcakes.

There are tons of invoice generators in the market. (Even free one's).

Instead of re-inventing the wheel, do you think people will still pay for invoice generators ?

Same goes for resume builders.

I am open to code something useful and then market it as a SAAS product.

Could you PM me more business ideas ? Something that can be done and have potential to be sold through FB ads or GAds.
