When using a proxy to launch an attack, the other party's website has a cleaning function. How to bypass the cleaning or regional restrictions?

You can use ProxyScrape.com and sort proxies by country. If your attack uses spoofing, you can also write a rule to generate IPs that belong to ranges specific to said region.

Also I'm not sure what a "cleaning function" is, so you'll likely want to expound on that.
