First of all, apologies if this is in the wrong place or even if this isn’t a bug and is intended…

On mobile (I haven’t check desktop) I am having “x replied to x” notifications stack together as seen in the images below. Users aren’t limited to appearing in the notification once and are appearing again every time they reply(I imagine only if someone else posts between each of their posts).

I wouldn’t say they are doing anything wrong. It’s a “post to enter” contest, so they’re just posting as much as they can non-consecutively. (Once someone else replies, they reply again).

The notification system seems to just merge the notification into one and adds their name again and again rather than checking for their name and just updating the notification time or creating a new notification instead.

I don’t think they are aware of this either.

Before your thread I was already going to take action. So don't blame yourself for "reporting" because you didn't. I was already aware of the spam going on.
