Taking a peek at my projects Code Metrics

I have been developing an application for an in-house solution to a problem we have been facing. It's a custom quoting software hooked up at multiple places to make the job quoting process easier.

Taken a peek at the code metrics, it has a really high cyclomatic complexity, as well as a pretty low maintainability score. I am the only person who works on this code base, should I be worried about these numbers?

The MainForm, is just that, the main form which controls almost all operations of the program. I have recently refactored multiple methods to improve the rating, but should I be concerned? If I understand the code base, does it matter?

EDIT: For a better picture, here's a basic NDepend analyzation of the project:

The issue here (like with anything) is that what happens if you need a day off and nobody is there to assist if something goes wrong?

Hopefully you have notes or something for your process or have been writing things down all along the way for others in the event you are unable to continue the project?

Yeah I have a detailed documentation I've been building for each main method of the project. It's pretty obvious if you understand MySQL and C#, nothing to complicated. The hardest part to follow would most likely be the flow of the application.

Even then what about any guidelines for the flow ? I assume there is some sort of material as well for helping understand it on some level?

Yeah some detailed method walk-throughs for the more complex stuff, most of the codebase is easily human readable, however since it's all in house there is some monster classes that can be broken up. Specifically when it was initially designed separating the UI to the backend would've helped readability immensely, but prototyping solutions that quickly became features that you're trying to get done ASAP will do that 😆
