Is it because my account is not upgraded?

Was this a recent change, because I see quite a few non-leet accounts have made threads.

But perhaps their L33t ran out.

I want to release an e-book I am working on.

I will upgrade if this is the requirement.

Yes, you need to upgrade.

But you still can't sell an eBook in that section without buying sticky.

Thanks. Also I plan to give it away, just as a contribution to the forum.

This can be locked, will buy L33t tomorrow- thanks

It seems like upgrading your account might be the way to go if you want to release your e-book. Good luck with your project!
