If you need business cards, banners, flags, signs, decals, stickers, or anything else made for your business you're come to the right place.
The easiest way for me to do deals will remain through HF Contracts and on site messages.
Step 1. DM Me any questions, or post here.
Step 2. DM Me what you're looking for, example. 5000 Business Cards.
Step 3. I will respond with the complete catalog URL if required, or I will name the pricing to your order.
Step 4. Discussion about artwork, file type, file size, example templates and etc.. will be then discussed, prepared, and sent over.
Step 5. Once artwork is ready, payment is ready, a HF contract will then start with terms and conditions of our agreement based on prior conversation, a final draft will be written up that we both agree on at this time.
Step 6. Once HF contract is initiated, order will be placed for your items, an Estimated Timeframe will be given, but this is subject to change for a various amount of factors, such as issues with artwork or files sent, to delays etc..
Step 7. Once order is placed, half 25% of the payment will be required upfront. 75% after delivery. 25% will be refunded if order doesn't arrive after an additional reorder, as long as its not a issue with artwork or any issues that are our fault, will refund, any issues due to failure to understand the requirements for files, wont be refunded but further payment wont be expected either once you receive your items.
We will work through everything with you, and help you set up the files correctly and fix anything that is unexpected that we can easily resolve.
