Hi everyone. I used to send emails to mailboxes across Russia (Yandex, Mail.ru, bk.ru, etc.). I used to send all emails through iCloud, and I have my own custom software for sending emails. But now I'm facing some issues. Around the 80-100th email, they start landing in spam. However, if I start sending from a new email account, all emails go to the inbox, but after 80-100 emails, they again go to spam. The sending rate is 1 email every 62 seconds, which is very slow. I need a solution that allows me to send about 5000 emails per day to mail.ru. Please don't suggest so-called "premium" SMTP private servers for $1k—I’ve already tried that.

Possible problems: 1.Domain Reputation. 2.Email Content. 3.Sending Patterns: Even though you are sending one email every 62 seconds, this may still look like unnatural behavior to spam filters, especially if you're sending the same or similar emails in bulk. Spammers often use automated scripts to send large volumes of emails in a short period, which can trigger red flags. 4.Lack of Authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) 5.IP Reputation. 6.MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) Configuration 4. 5. 1. problems can be solved if u use HQ smtp such as "AWS SMTP" 2. 3. 6. problems can be solved by using proper tool with right configuration + creating AI to rewrite your mail content, pattern every sent message. Hi, sad to hear your emails are going to spam even when you're sending at such a low volume. Let me know when you're available so we can work that out.
