I'm looking for a talented GFX designer that is willing to work based on a commission and be a head designer for a brand that is definitely going to succeed with what's in place. I understand most designers want payment upfront, as I'm willing to do this, this brand is going to need so much different designs, and a lot of different mockups etc, this is a long term position however, and could potentially set you up as a designer for life.

I have an agency and we do have graphics designers in our team. However, I would be needing some payment upfront and rest, after the project is finalized. We can show you a concept or two so you can check the quality of the work.

What kind of designs do you require? Can you share in PM?
