The first two are true. The third her defense can try and argue. But even if you're drunk half out of your mind if you're a mother and you're sober up enough to get out of the water you'd think you would also be scrambling to pull your baby girl out too.

Damn, it's horrible to keep hearing about neglectful parents lost in addictions or problems that only they cause. Sometimes I don't want news like this to keep appearing (I'm not trying to deny reality) it just hurts to think about those poor children with no options and an extremely hard life.

I guess they don't want to spend the money on an Uber and would rather spend it on a crashed car and a law suit or they can make bank making license plates after they accidently kill someone.
