Ok this could apply to a lot of day to day life situations both online and IRL, and basically it's one person who is vindictive and hellbent on revenge where they will slander you to multiple people and even strangers, and share all information about you and private and personal sensitive information, develop a profile of you to people and friend groups through social engineering and then you're literally infamous overtime, and harassment starts, and people who you don't even know or ever even met just hate your ass and know you on a personal level when you have never even met or talked to any of them, and you originally only had beef with that one singular person.

Anyone dealt with situations like this before?

Low hanging fruit - Change your phone number, get an new email, report physical hate mail to the police. Delete or Make your social media private.
Countermeasures - Make a bunch of fake profiles on different sites using your old information. Use information from fakenamegenerator except for the a piece of contact information. Try to find where your info is being leaked and handle that.
