For me, I live in a building where couple of people committed suicide by jumping off the top floors and ended their life. One day a delivery boy saw some shadow following him in the building late at night and security guard also said he encountered something.

The house where I was born and lived in my whole life is haunted. We didn't know the previous owners but across the street we were good friends with some Italians that told us stories about how they hated the previous owners. I wasn't born at the time but my dad told me stories that when he bought the house. He was going to put equipment and stuff in the attic. He found a hidden compartment made in the attic and he opened it and found 3 porno mags a hustler magazine and church of satan book and some book of the dead. My dad took it and threw it out.
He then got an imam and blessed the house.
However, when I was maybe 5 years old. I would see 3 shadow figures at the end of my bed at 12am. I would scream and run up stairs to my moms room and she would get upset and yell at me to go to my own bed. I refused and my dad got up spanked me and then grabbed my hand took me downstairs to mybedroom and he was like there's nothin here... now go to bed.
I seen them after 3 nights. They won't do anything or say anything. Today I only see one of them behind a hold peaking around the corner watching me when I am online.
I told my dad about this for years and recently he told me a story when he was a kid how he saw shadow people however, he told me that they're called jins. He told me that the one that is with you must be friendly. We have had odd things happen. One time I see a shodow person run upstairs and I told my dad this was at age 13 and my dad laughed and told me I am crazy and right after that our smoke detectors went off.
We have 2 one at the base of the stairs in the celling that goes upstairs and one that is at the top of the stairs that go into the basement.
The smoke detector that went off was the one that is at the base of the stairs that heads upstairs. So, my dad gets a latter and he goes to take out the better and that battery is dead. So, he takes it out and the beeping is still going off. My dad told me that it's odd that it shouldn't have power.
So, he thinks maybe the capacitors are still charged. He waits and leaves it out for 15 minutes. He gets a new battery but couldn't figure out how to turn the dam thing off. So, he puts in new battery and puts it back in the ceiling. It is still going off. About 5 minutes after we walk away it then stops.
We have had weird instances in the house. We one time went to disney world in florida. Me, my mom and dad and my one sister went. I have 2 sisters so one had to work and she couldn't take work off. So, she was home alone. The first night my sister called 911 because she was eating in the dinning area near the kitchen and he hear a man laugh upstairs and hear someone running into a room. She thought it was an intruder and call 911. The cops searched the home and found nothing. The next night she heard someone walk into her room and she told me she wears she had the door closed but it was unlocked and she was in bed 2 hours and couldn't sleep. She said the door opens and he could hear someone walk up to her bed but there was no one. She didn't called the cops because she didn't want them to get annoyed but after the 2nd night.
She ended up sleeping at her friends house until we got home. My dad laughed at her and told her she's scared for nothing.
Anyways, my mom told me the people across the street told my mom that in my sisters room the one that was home alone.. her room is upstairs and the previous owners had their dad living with them he was old and up in age and he died of a heart attack in that room. They saw it because the ambulance showed up and put him in a body bag.
Any way's the previous owners were weird. I personally think something is hidden in the house like in the walls or burred somewhere.
I think maybe jimmy hoffa is burried here. The reason is that the previous owner was a building inspector for the city. We were told that they won a
lottery and the original house was a single story. They built a 2nd story by himself and didn't hire professionals and he got friends to approve the permits and pass the inspections. In the basement we have a hidden compartment my dad knows it has to be used to hide drugs and guns. It's behind the foundation walls.
In 2014, I was outside doin yard work this is my parent's house and I would cut the lawn, and edge the lawn and do some minor repairs like fill cracks in cement and redo the calk around the windows. stuff like that. This was in June and it was hot outside 80 degrees outside.
Out of nowhere there's a tree in the front of our house. We have had this for many years since my dad bought the house. It's a maple tree.
We never had issues with it but his year for some reason there was no wasp nest but the wasps would just sit in the tree and be aggressive. Anyone that would get near hour front door it would come out and swam them to sting them. The mailman complained to my dad about it.
My dad bought some yellow jacket spray. I was outside and I was spraying them. This been going on for 2 weeks. While this 2 weeks I would come by and keep spraying more we find. There was an old man walking up and down our street. He would look at me and wave at me with a smile. I waved back but this guy gave me the creeps. He had a black t-shirt with blue jeans and he had long grey hair with dirty shaven beard.
He looked homeless or a rock and roll fan.
Anyways after the 2 weeks when I finally killed the wasps. This old man walks up to me and asks if I found anything inside the house or burred in the back. I go no why? I asked for his name and he gave me his name and told me he's a relative of the previous owners. He looked at me like he was pissed. Like he thought I was lying. He told me well if you find anything interesting in the house let him know and not contact the police.
It was strange and he just walk on about and also he told me where he lives which is like 20 miles away from where I am at. I was like why was he here? He goes he's here for family. Then he told me that the woman that lived in my house the previous owners died in Florida. Which when they sold the house to my dad they moved to florida. He then left and I never seen him again in the area.
What is weird that next week on the news they were talking about Jimmy Hoffa and the cold case. I told my dad about the interaction with this guy and then joked saying I won't be surprised that if we sell this house and if there's ever construction done in the house that they might find his body here.
I have had many encounters with ghosts or paranormal type stuff. My mom would talk to use and be like I hope so and so is ok and like 5 minutes later that so and so calls her. You wouldn't think much of it until you notice this happened more than one time and my mom would be on the money who calls her but she doesn't expect the call. These are people that won't call for years.
Also the house my parent's own. My dad told me that the wife's room the walls were painted black and the carpet was black.
My dad told me he had to replace the carpet and he repainted the walls a light blue color.
Also that old man that I talked to. I looked him up and found he is a writer and he wrote a book that was on amazon on a book called the manual of death.
It was a book on how to kill people and how to bring them back from the death. Which creeped me out.
I feel like something might be hidden. he 2nd story isn't built properly. I noticed the vents to the return line isn't proper and looks like you can access many parts of the walls and there's hidden storage compartments inside the walls but you can only access them from upstairs but you need some special tools to open it up.
