Gift Me Crypto and Rewarble vouchers can be purchased on any gift card website and can be redeemed for crypto that can be sent to your wallet. I just discovered these in the past year, and used that to purchase crypto with minimal KYC.
The reason why I say minimal instead of no KYC is because at some point you're going to hand over some of your info to even have a payment method viable to purchase those vouchers on sites like G2A, Offgamers, etc.
