There are important things.

1_ I after posting topic/post have been banned and posts deleted.(in other international English forums)

2_Majority of that posts had only some news about malwares of Iran and Internet of Iran and speak about medical and human rights.

3_Why English forums since 2016 by several step have started banning or delete posting?

I think maybe you use AI admin or AI moderator and it cause this problem, some other countries had this problem but after delete AI from website problem solved.

The forum does not yet use AI; moderation is not handled by AI.

Your previous thread was deleted because it addressed a topic unrelated to the forum, included an external link (which is prohibited for new members), and shared photos and information about individuals without any way to verify their accuracy. Additionally, you posted this thread in the wrong category, and I assume the deleted one was also posted in the wrong category.

I believe I’ve pointed out several reasons that explain why you’ve been banned from multiple forums before this one. When you read and follow the forum rules, you don’t get banned randomly. I encourage you to read them here : Help Docs. You can discuss politics in the following sections:

But be sure to not go against the rules. If you're into activism it's maybe not the right place, and something like Wikileak https://wikileaks.org/ would better suit for it.
