You could definitely run this after work or even before work, whatever fits your schedule. Just 2–4 hours a day can work, but if you follow the system like I do, this pays more than a job. I treat it like a job because that’s exactly what it became.

And yes, doing this online works 100%. But if you’re in a larger city, opportunities can multiply simply because there are more listings, buyers, and local flips if you ever choose to take advantage of that too.
