What do you think about TgPhisher on GitHub? (Telegram Phishing Tool)

Hello everyone

I recently came across a GitHub project called TgPhisher, which is basically a Telegram phishing script inspired by the popular Russian bot “Eye of God” (Глаз Бога).

According to the dev, it's designed "for the bad guys" (yep, that’s literally what it says 😅) — but it looks like it could also be used to learn how Telegram bots and the API work.

🔗 GitHub Repo: TheCyberStalker / TgPhisher

⚙️ Features included in the script:

TeleKick function (auto-kicks users — details unclear 🤔)
-Uses @BotFather to configure your bot and token
-Registration through my.telegram.org to get API ID & Hash
-Works through terminal commands
-Mixed language (Russian/English), very light documentation
-Basically: "Hope you figure it out" 😅

💭 My questions for the community:

-Has anyone tested it or used it in a safe environment ?
-Is there any legit educational value to it ?
-Could it be repurposed ethically (red teaming, pentesting, etc.) ?
-Or is it just a sketchy tool better left alone ?

🗨️ Drop your feedback below — technical or ethical opinions welcome!
Memes also accepted 😂

👉 And yeah... don’t forget to boost my REP if you found this post cool 😎

Thanks in advance to everyone who replies 🙏
Its a good framework that is also educational when you break it all down

Looks intresting.

The issue is that it first asks for my user ID and the bot's ID, and then, when I type /start, it requests my phone number. I find this process rather unusual and a bit suspicious.

Not at all, try making an account manually and youll see that this is the information required.
