C or C++, Windows API, WinSock for networking. 👍

The lower the better, I would say learn Asm,c,c++

However, these are difficult languages to learn. You may have better success learning c#/.net to begin. Lots of project around to learn from! Good luck!
C++ should see fit for the type of work you are wanting

I would say c+/c++ maybe start with c# or .NET for a easier start

Honestly, you don't really need to. You will be using wrappers anyway. Just start doing something, get some progress in. Pick a language and start.

I have a feeling that I can finish it in just 1 weel not 1 month I have got some hang of it now. so i will give it some more time but what you said makes sense, which project would you pick to start if you were me and a complete beginner

Well you are talking about totally different things in your titel. Crypter, RAT etc..
Anyway, if I were to start I'd probably start by getting a basic client <> server connection.
So start with creating a server that listens on a port. Then go with a client that connects to it. Maybe add a gui to the client. Get familiar with threading. Add authentication for the connection. Add encryption. Build your first feature on the server like reading out cookies or something. And after that you basically have your RAT semi-ready. Then work on any case you can think of. Handling multiple RATs, what happens if the server crashes or gets shut down, how to make the RAT autostart, what if ports are closed on your target/target's router, reverse connections, etc..

Thanks man I appreciate your input

I wrote a powerfull rat in Golang, but c and c++ are better, Golang is easier to learn than c/c++, but it is nerly imposible to write metamorphic or polimorphic code in Go, the injeccions they are also difficult to do, now am getting some experiencie with rust. Right now I will prefer rust, c/c++ and go are good, but for me rust is easier to learn if u wanna try to write some malware
