I have infinix smart 8 pro,it got lost
a person is using it and I am seeing it from my gmail acct
lets skip police and law enforcement process,thats another lengthy topic
but some questions
1) he is using my phone and gmail acct ,he unlocked pattern without formatting it,how?
2) he disbaled location,but I can see device and battery status etc using google find my device,but he is not using any sim else he could been tracked,but wifi also not seen,how?
3) device activity from setting shows he is using device but ip address not seen in gmail ip login,why?
First of all, how do you know that the thief is using the phone? Is he reading your emails? Second, why didn't use you lock the phone immediately or wipe it as soon as you got to another device? Third, there is no device activity. Lastly, there is no Gmail IP login. Gmail only shows geographic location, not that there would be a new login.
Most likely answer to the device unlock is that the thief shoulder surfed you.

1) google web activity
2) wiping no use ,mobile would been untracable,indian law enforcement takes years to find lost device
3) there is device acitvity , do u have android? then chekc option called google security ,it wont find in web
4) gmail do show ip address espcially browser logins

You mentioned that the phone shows up in Find My Device. There are clearly visible options to lock the device and remote wipe.
