How To set-up your RAT a full guide (pulsar)

This is for the people who just started ratting.
for this example I'm using pulsar RAT and you should too (Its on the forum)
Dont use cracked RATs, Xworm 5.0 and 5.6 have an rce exploit and 95% of cracked
Rats are bad and binded
(Sorry for no pictures cant post em yet)

So first of all you need to compile the source from Pulsar because the Compiled release is down as of now
If you get the error "turnstile token missing" when accessing the error then wait a sec when you get the Phising
warning and let cloudflare do their work.
A captcha should pop up do it and then "ignore and proceed"

click on view source and ur gonna be transferred to their GitLab page then just
Download it.

Your gonna need
Visual studio 2019+
.NET Desktop Development installed
20 IQ or more

Open the sln
If nothing shows then your gonna need to reload
your projects.
It works like this:

click on your solution explorer on the top/middle right of your screen
when its open RIGHT click the "unloaded" projects and click reload
do that on every unloaded project and youre done!

then you can just build it.
select release on the top Middle of your screen
(right next to the green arrow)
CRTL+B and your finished with the build
if it doesn't work then you need to Restore the NuGet packages
(im to lazy to explain just ask chatgpt)

Your .exe will be in the Bin directory under Release
(you can just drag the folder onto you desktop for quality of life)

So you have your RAT open
Now? what to do?
First of all you need a port
Open Cmd < ipconfig < copy the Gateaway < Paste it into your browser < log into you that (password is 99% of the time on your router)
This part is A bit different for everybody
Search for things like port forwarding etc, if your stuck here, there are many tutorials for your specific provider
IF you found it then
Your gonna need to select
TCP-UDP
Port: just type in a random 4 digit number
Your public IP address
Your internal IP address (Ipv4 on ipconfig)
then your gonna be finished with that

DONT LEAVE ME HERE WERE ALMOST DONE

Don't be a retard, use services like No-ip to at least mask yourself a little bit
Watch a tutorial for that im again, to lazy to explain

Now! to the fun part!
Open Pulsar, click on settings and
At the top type in the port you have selected
then press start listening
Next click on "Builder" < connection settings
and there your gonna type in your DDNS and port
or just ur IP and Port if you want to get fucked

On installation settings you wanna select start up and System
Or if your wanna be sneaky and no UAC then just click user application data

IF you have doubts that your Port isn't listening then go on port checker and check it
WITH pulsar open and listening or else you will just get "port is closed"

Hope yall like this shitty tutorial
If i forgot something say it please
A few things:
  • You can install Git (winget install --id Git.Git -e --source winget) and clone the repo (https://gitlab.ratting.ru/pulsar/pulsar.git) from the Git menu in MSVSC. You can also sync changes this way.
  • Portforwarding.com is a good resource on portforwarding.
  • You actually want to select the PC with its MAC address if you're using dynamic IP addressing (which if you're reading this tutorial, it's safe to assume so). Just entering a private IP address is not good, especially if you don't keep your computer on.
  • Hope everyone reading this understands DDNS or has the sense to research it. Of course, DDNS providers will shut you down at the first detection of malicious use.
  • No one should expect to use this guide for anything but Pulsar's intended consent-based use. Hacking people with an uncrypted payload is a joke.
  • I should also mention that that the URL for Pulsar is https://ratting.ru. The https:// is very important because the page doesn't automatically redirect from http, and you will be stuck in an endless CAPTCHA verification loop.
Thanks so much
I forgot about the MAC address selection, really important step
Portforwarding.com is indeed goated
