Yeah, buy a domain name through an offshore registrar like hostcay.com. Don't be cheap, or you'll just get banned.

Or rent a VPS with a static IP address. Or use a portforwarding VPN that gives you a domain name or static IP address. Or use a RAT with pastebin support.

Put simply, if you're in a situation where you need DDNS for a RAT, you're unwillingness to pay for proper OPSEC will cost you many times over in legal fees.

I tried all of them after a while they were banned due to reporting

If you've already used all of the alternatives, then maybe get a real job?

I am aware of a service called something like "freedns.afraid.org", which is similar to noip.

The poster before me suggested, as one alternative, to use a RAT that supports Pastebin. I can also mention that DarkVision RAT has an extra option to put the reverse address in a textfile which is then placed on a webserver (the bot then grabs the textfile from the host, performs the lookup, and connects back). I can confirm the approach works great.
