ITHAI (Inclusive Targeting Helper Artificial Intelligence) is a specialized accessibility solution created to support people with disabilities in the world of PC gaming. Its main goal is to break down barriers and make gaming more enjoyable and inclusive for individuals who face physical challenges.
By using a two-PC system, ITHAI analyzes what’s happening on the screen and adapts to each user’s specific abilities and preferences. Whether someone uses adaptive controllers, eye-tracking systems, or alternative input devices, ITHAI translates those unique inputs into smooth and accurate in-game movements. It is especially helpful for those who find traditional controls difficult or impossible to use.
ITHAI is designed for single-player games or modes with computer opponents, so everyone—including individuals with limited mobility or motor function—can experience the thrill of gaming, train their skills, or simply have fun in digital worlds. Its flexibility and focus on accessibility mean more people can participate, connect, and succeed in gaming communities, regardless of physical limitations.
